DiscMaster 6TD

The DiscMaster 6TD is equipped with six rotating discs that oscillate across the entire conveyor belt width. Three different tools can be used at the same time, which significantly increases the versatility of the machine. The unique technology enables cost-effective deburring and rounding of stamped, laser and plasma parts and offers decisive advantages over conventional machines.

BeltMaster K4TD

The BeltMaster K4TD is equipped with a wide belt sanding unit and the 4TD unit with four large rotating discs, which oscillate over the entire conveyor belt width. The belt grinding unit can optionally be equipped with our unique tolerance grinding device. The combination of a wide belt unit and our 4TD Disc concept makes this system a versatile solution for grinding, deburring, rounding, oxide layer removal or orbital finishing with one machine.

DiscMaster SF

The DiscMaster SF is equipped with oscillating disc stations from above and below for the simultaneous processing of two workpiece sides in one pass. The disc tools with flexible grinding flaps rotate and oscillate across the workpiece. This means that all inner and outer contours are machined evenly 360°, regardless of the orientation of the contour.

The workpieces are transported via rubberized rollers, the grinding flaps can be placed under the roller table level. In this way, the edges are also ideally reached by very thin sheets. Soft rollers are used to process 3D parts with elevations and depressions, which compensate for the differences in height.
