PTX Compact Basic Machine

This lightweight, compact universal grinder delivers exceptional versatility for professional surface finishing. Ideal for longitudinal grinding, matting, satin finishing, polishing, deburring, de-rusting, descaling, paint removal, and round tube processing, it features a high-torque planetary gear that provides outstanding power reserves even at low speeds.

Designed as a compact alternative to the POLY-PTX® longitudinal grinders, it is optimised for roller widths up to 50 mm and speed ranges of 800–3,000 rpm. All grinding and polishing tools with M14 threads can be changed quickly and without tools. A belt-driven roller enables effortless processing of round and closed pipe constructions.

Its ergonomic, lightweight design supports one- or two-handed operation, with a swivelling handle suitable for right- and left-handed users. Built with robust, high-quality components for long service life, this German-made machine ensures smooth, vibration-neutral operation for daily professional use.
