Bespoke Etch Marking Stencils

Our bespoke multi use stencils are made using ultra-tight weave polyester which is the perfect medium for metal etching applications.  Custom made in high resolution to your specifications for perfect, repeatable etch marking on stainless steel.

This is a very cost-effective and professional way of advertising your company details, part numbers, QR codes, directional arrows etc. This marking method is particularly valuable for the food and pharma sectors, where stickers and nameplates present a hazard. Under normal circumstances and providing they have been cleaned, dried, and kept flat after each session, these bespoke stencil should do somewhere between 100 & 200 etch marks.

Here is a step-by-step guide on how to order your bespoke stencil.

1. Email a PDF, Word Document, or a scan of the artwork you require to sales@engineeringutilities.com
2. State the size of the actual etch mark per stencil.
3. We will revert with an artwork proof and quotation.
4. You can request the stencil to be with or without a plastic frame.
5. Once this is approved and we have received an official order, we’ll get the stencil made and sent, usually within 10 days.
6. Each stencil has a unique re-order code for easy repeat ordering.
